Rent & Fees
- Rent
- $755.00 per month, per person and includes water and sewage. This rate is for the 2008 – 2009 academic year.
- Additional Mandatory Monthly Charges
- Communication Package – Includes basic cable television, local telephone service featuring voice mail and high speed internet connection. Charges are per month per person. High speed internet is NOT available to non-enrolled IUPUI students.
- Electricity
- Residents will be billed monthly by IUPUI for their electrical usage. Estimated monthly charges per person are provided below.
- Billing
- Rental charges, including rent and communication package are billed in one lump sum, by semester.
